Background

After the successful launch of La Fibule and Refuge, two labels dedicated to lifestyle and chalet design, Yannick and Fanny Gicquel moved to London in 2015 and founded Popus Editions. This full immersion into British culture, steeped in colours, careful details, and shimmering patterns, has inspired the design duo a cheerful collection of furniture pieces that screams joie de vivre.  

Signature Style

Two words: wonderland mood! Popus Editions embodies the couple’s taste for vibrant prints, textured materials, and the mix & match that marked the aesthetic of Swinging London in the sixties and seventies. Bright colours, and generous, curvy shapes define the collection imbued with a vintage spirit revisited through the association of materials and patterns that lend each piece a distinctive identity whilst shaking up the conventional rules of interior design.
