You will be expected to embody the values of the Invisible Collection and serve as an ambassador for the brand in all internal and external interactions.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Role:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as primary support in all day-to-day operations of the East Coast Sales Team,<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all email exchanges with clients, suppliers, and logistics and engage as requested, <\/li>\n<li>Reach out to globally-based suppliers and their production teams for custom requests and order updates in a timely fashion, <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage sales orders from placement through fulfillment, including providing clients with timeline updates, coordinating DFA approvals and signatures, and following up on fabric tracking and delivery schedules, <\/li>\n<li>Obtain shipping and delivery quotes,<\/li>\n<li>Assist in marketing and prospecting activities, <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate expedited shipping of samples to clients, <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage return of samples from clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Requirements &#038; Skills:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>An interest in the design industry is necessary, but no prior experience is required<\/li>\n<li>Must be an extremely organized pro-active self-starter<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>A degree in English, Communications or Marketing is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Must possess the ability to work calmly under pressure of deadlines and time constraints<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with CRM and database software, Slack, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is required<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of French is a plus, but not necessary<\/li>\n<li>A strong desire to always deliver the BEST customer
