Bien avant de construire la Maison de Verre, sa c\u00e9l\u00e8bre demeure de verre et d’acier, Pierre Chareau repensait d\u00e9j\u00e0, avec des pi\u00e8ces comme Applique Double Bloc Auvent Sur Fond M\u00e9tallique, ce que le mobilier et l’\u00e9clairage pouvaient apporter \u00e0 une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 vivre. En v\u00e9ritable ensemblier plut\u00f4t qu’en simple d\u00e9corateur, il ne concevait jamais un objet isol\u00e9ment, mais comme un instrument destin\u00e9 \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner une atmosph\u00e8re, diriger la lumi\u00e8re et orchestrer la fa\u00e7on dont un espace est r\u00e9ellement habit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

L’applique Double Bloc Auvent pr\u00e9sente deux blocs d’alb\u00e2tre inclin\u00e9s comme une paire de petits auvents, mont\u00e9s ici sur un fond en m\u00e9tal peint noir qui accentue leur silhouette sur le mur. Chaque bloc peut \u00eatre fini en alb\u00e2tre vein\u00e9 blanc ou vein\u00e9 marron, m\u00e9lang\u00e9s ou assortis, si bien que les plans inclin\u00e9s captent la lumi\u00e8re diff\u00e9remment selon l’heure du jour.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
