Etel Carmona fonde la marque \u00e0 S\u00e3o Paulo, et aujourd’hui sa fille Lissa Carmona la fait vivre en tant que seule r\u00e9\u00e9ditrice du mobilier moderniste br\u00e9silien, en collaboration directe avec les ayants droit de ma\u00eetres comme Jos\u00e9 Zanine Caldas, Gregori Warchavchik et Oscar Niemeyer, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d’architectes contemporains tels qu’Arthur de Mattos Casas. Bois locaux, jonc et cuir, tous certifi\u00e9s FSC et issus de sources durables, ancrent chaque r\u00e9\u00e9dition dans le pays qui l’a inspir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
La table ronde ON est n\u00e9e de la frustration d’Oscar Niemeyer face au mobilier de son \u00e9poque : convaincu que les int\u00e9rieurs des ann\u00e9es 1970 n’\u00e9taient pas \u00e0 la hauteur des courbes amples de l’architecture qu’il avait b\u00e2tie pendant des d\u00e9cennies, il d\u00e9cida, avec l’aide de sa fille Anna Maria Niemeyer, de dessiner lui-m\u00eame du mobilier. R\u00e9\u00e9dit\u00e9e par Etel en bois laqu\u00e9 noir, la table ON reprend la ligne sinueuse et ininterrompue qui d\u00e9finit les silhouettes embl\u00e9matiques de Bras\u00edlia \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle domestique, une invitation \u00e0 se r\u00e9unir autour d’une v\u00e9ritable sculpture architecturale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
