Le long des grands c\u00f4t\u00e9s, les mains se tournent vers l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, comme pour retenir le tapis. Restituer une ligne aussi fine dans la laine exige une grande pr\u00e9cision du tisserand : le fil noir doit \u00eatre pos\u00e9 avec assez de rigueur pour que le dessin conserve sa vivacit\u00e9 d&#8217;esquisse une fois le velours tondu. La main est ici \u00e0 la fois sujet et savoir-faire, un clin d&#8217;\u0153il fid\u00e8le \u00e0 l&#8217;humour qui traverse le travail de Giancarlo Valle.
