The Invisible Collection launches its first pop-up at Phillips Southampton: A shoppable exhibition of all-star designs.
We are excited to announce the opening of our first pop-up in The Hamptons, showcasing a curated selection of collectible designs and objects. This was made possible thanks to Phillips who invited us to take over and appoint the ground floor of their stunning outpost in Southampton. Originally built in 1925, the 6,000-square-feet historic building was formerly the city’s town hall. Located at the corner of Main Street and Hampton Road in Long Island’s East End, it is now home to Phillips and its cutting-edge exhibitions and auctions.
This collaboration between The Invisible Collection and the famed auction house stems from a common passion for contemporary collectible design. We are truly thrilled to join forces and showcase our iconic designs set in dialogue with some stunning artworks. The space will be outfitted with a mélange of our coveted furnishings conjuring an elegant, inviting atmosphere. The main entrance and two salons will be set with a beautiful display of designs including the Piatro Mosaic Side Table by Kelly Behun, the Asymmetry Armchair by Pierre Yovanovitch, the Odalisque Sofa by CSLB Studio and the Arcane Desk and Cottage Chair by Pinto Paris.
Working with Phillips to materialise our vision felt very special. We are thrilled to create our first experiential outpost in the Hamptons and to connect again in person with collectors and design aficionados in a setting that feels like home. We missed human interaction!
