The Jardin des Plantes carpet is part of a wider range of rugs and carpets created with the French manufacturer Pinton for the AD, Architectural Digest, exhibition. Tapping into nature’s vegetation and its undulating movements on a windy day, the design is available in various colour palettes. Jardin des Plantes is inspired by the pictorial imagery of a garden in spring. Delicate, enveloping curves mark the green, blue and purple background, whilst an orange flower blossoms at its centre, adding an energetic, poetic touch.
