The Florina armchair is the new minimalist iteration of the Flore Sofa, designed by Jules Leleu in the 40s. His granddaughter Alexia transformed it into a precious little armchair with modern and bold lines. The original sofa sported a three-part back that has been pared down to a single wavy backrest. Inspired by Art Deco’s geometric shapes, the feet are wooden spheres that conjure a brutalist feel. This piece is upholstered by expert artisans to perfectly adjust the fabric to the armchair’s curves.Â
