The Batt Sconce by May – Maylis et Charles Tassin is a simple yet complex design. Its curved and folded plaster foil is a contemporary revisitation of the iconic 1940s sconces.
Charles Tassin is an interior designer. Maylis Tassin is a visual artist. Their love story is the foundation on which they built their life together and their professional career. Working hand in hand, in perfect harmony, they deliver unexpected decors and interior design schemes like no other. Their one-of-a-kind furniture pieces and lighting fixtures are now housed at Galerie May, a space and label they launched in 2010.
