Imane by Paolo Castelli is a new collection of outdoor furniture designed by Thierry Lemaire, Hubert de Malherbe and Paolo Castelli. This gorgeous offering comprises upholstered chairs and coffee tables made from natural materials and exquisitely handcrafted down to the smallest detail. Imane stems from the brand’s commitment to sustainable, eco-friendly practices: it embodies Paolo Castelli’s “green soul”.
The Imane table has a linear structure in brushed solid Iroko wood stained with natural oil, with soft and expressive lines that look at the essentiality of Japanese furnishings. The top, made of natural white travertine with water and oil repellent treatment, rests on the structure giving the whole an unexpected light and natural effect.
The Greenkiss collection is the product of a collaboration between Paolo Castelli, Hubert de Malherbe and Thierry Lemaire. The passion for design has been running in Paolo Castelli’s family since the 1880s, when the great-grandfather opened a small cabinetry workshop in Bologna. Much has changed in almost 150 years; however, the Castelli brand has stayed true to Italian traditional know-how and superior craftsmanship creating a variety of furniture pieces that stand the test of time. With Paolo Castelli at the helm the company has grown into an international brand encompassing most sectors of the design industry, including capsule furniture collections and complex building construction projects.
