We represent over 200 contemporary designers and mid-century design masters, celebrating 21st-century talent through one-of-a-kind pieces made to order by expert artisans.
We partner with leading architects, interior designers, developers, and private collectors to bring extraordinary design into the world’s most exceptional homes, hospitality projects, and commercial spaces.
The Opportunity
As Senior Sales for the East Coast, you will lead growth across one of our most important markets. Working closely with our global team, you will cultivate relationships with top-tier architects, interior designers, developers, and private clients, and act as an ambassador for Invisible Collection and the designers we represent.
This is a highly visible role for a commercially driven, design-literate sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about collectible design and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (B2B & B2C)
- Design and execute a comprehensive inbound and outbound sales strategy for the East Coast region, alongside the VP Sales (US).
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while actively prospecting new business.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships that drive repeat business and increase client lifetime value.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the HNW, UHNW, and design trade communities.
- Leverage product knowledge and market insight to maximise conversion and order value.
- Plan and manage client entertainment, within budget, to drive loyalty, engagement, and awareness of new
- launches – including private events, trade meetings, fairs, and marketing activations.
- Expand the customer base through effective use of CRM and digital sales tools.
Client Management
- Develop a deep understanding of Invisible Collection’s clientele and anticipate their needs.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from concept and specification through to installation and post-order follow-up.
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify opportunities and present tailored solutions.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the quality, discretion, and service standards of the Invisible Collection brand.
Brand Ambassadorship
- Embody and champion Invisible Collection’s values and behaviours, internally and externally.
- Act as a technical expert on our collection, designers, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Represent the company in showroom, fair, and event settings with professionalism and warmth.
Partnerships & Operations
- Maintain strong working relationships with partners, vendors, suppliers, and shippers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless project delivery.
Sales Performance & Process
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on developing each client tier.
- Analyse data to identify, generate, and track qualified leads.
- Follow Invisible Collection’s sales process and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Provide accurate forecasting and regular pipeline reporting to leadership.
Who You Are
Experience
- Substantial sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proven track record in luxury sales, ideally within collectible design, furniture, art, or a related high-end category.
- Strong interest in and knowledge of architecture and/or interior design.
- Established network within the East Coast design trade and/or HNW client base is a significant advantage.

- Fluency in French is advantageous.
