A strong passion for the arts and for craft techniques led Lars Nilsson to Paris where he studied design. During his stints at Chanel Couture and Christian Lacroix, he realized that his true passion lied in mastering the structures, the materials and refined techniques behind the clothes rather than fashion itself. Today, Lars creates beautiful fabrics and objects defined by unexpected shapes and vibrant colours. Alongside his namesake collections, he collaborates with renowned brands including Dior and Ralph Lauren. Tapping into his Scandinavian roots, Lars Nilsson is a master at balancing aesthetic and functionality showing un unmatched ability at mixing shapes, motifs and textures.
