Marie-Victoire Winckler started her career in Italy, with furniture designer Cassina. In 2008, she joined Patricia Urquiola’s studio in Milan, and in 2011 she moved to India Madhavi’s studio in Paris. Alongside those two leading figures in contemporary design, she had the opportunity to work on projects for private homes and hotels including the Mandarin Oriental in Barcelona, Le Cloître in Arles, and restaurants such as Sketch in London, as well as design houses such as Louis Vuitton, Baccarat, Rosenthal, Petite Friture, and the Carwan Gallery. Throughout the years, Marie-Victoire has designed objects that are rooted in traditional methods and know-how.
