Working in fine arts and advertising, Virginie Boudsocq found a new passion in ceramic and porcelain. A self-taught ceramist, she looks for the perfect balance between realism and imperfection that defines this fragile yet strong material. Her collection of one-of-a-kind dinnerware pieces stems from a chance encounter with the executive chef of the Crillon Hotel in Paris who was looking for new designs befitting the hotel’s gourmet restaurant. Since then, Virginie has worked for some of the most luxurious hotels in the world creating stunning collections defined by delicate, nature inspired motifs that embellish the designs and give them a very distinctive style.
