Ved Cooks
Ved Cooks is an ethical luxury brand of textile homeware and accessories. The brand was launched during lockdown when Verity noticed how much food waste she was generating from every recipe at home. She started to experiment with the leftover skins from various foods and translated these into natural dyes for fabric.
The table linens are made of the finest 100% Irish linen and are organically pre-soaked, hand dyed, cut and frayed. The handcrafted pieces are eco-friendly, unique and dyed in small batches on top of her small kitchen stove. The linens follow the seasons and new colours are created as new foods come into fruition.
