It is under the Portuguese sun that this new collection was born. Just settled in a charming Portuguese moradia among the pines, Laëtitia is in search of new colors, new shapes, and a fresh look. She then draws on the landscapes of the Costa da Caparica, an inexhaustible source of inspiration. She creates to the rhythm of her new encounters, the villages she discovers, and the new emotions that animate her. This collection is, above all, a discovery, that of a country where time has no influence and where the sun is never very far away.
Born in a family of porcelain manufacturers, French artist Laetitia Rouget moved to London and enrolled at Central Saint Martins School to study art. After a brief stint in fashion, she expanded her practice to different mediums, from her quirky ceramics - including beautiful hand-painted plates – to a variety of designs such as candleholders, paintings, chairs, knitwear and jewelry. Each piece is carefully hand-crafted in limited quantities by Portuguese artisans. Her collection’s mission is to spread joy and make light of the ordinary through vibrant colours and witty designs... A unique assortment of collectables that reflects Laetitia’s passion for her work and joie de vivre!
