      Embellished with a zig zag border and a tulip motif inspired by 19th century Ottoman samplers, these hand embroidered linen napkins add colour and vibrancy to any table display.

      ABOUT THE DESIGNER
      The Designer
      Malaika

      Malaika was founded in 2004 by Ecuador-born Margarita Andrade and Goya Gallagher. With a background in design and a keen interest in embroidery, crochet and hand-drawn threadwork, they created a collection of fine home linens in high quality Egyptian cotton. Malaika’s collections shine a light on Egyptian heritage through beautiful textures and delicate embroideries whilst actively supporting underprivileged women and refugees. Since 2009, the brand runs its own factory, enabling absolute control on quality and craftsmanship; in 2018, it opened its own embroidery school.
