      Created by Pascale Mestre, this mixed earthenware tableware, made in Provence according to traditional Apt porcelain methods dating back to the 18th century, celebrates the Provençal art of living.

      The Designer
      Pascale Mestre

      The workshop of ceramic artist Pascale Mestre is part of the history of Apt earthenware; known for its mixed and marbled earthenware...rare and precious expertise forged by a tradition dating back to the eighteenth century. Here, tradition and modernity are interwoven. Simple shapes and clean lines. In her workshop in Saint Saturnin les Apt, in the Luberon area of Provence, she creates tableware and decorative items. Earthenware is not just for the table: it graces tiled walls also. It offers a wide range of colours and can also create custom shades. Every object is unique because it has been skilfully crafted or decorated according to a traditional method that she masters brilliantly.
