As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at The Invisible Collection Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the company’s financial health and stability. You will work closely with the MD and other executive leaders to make data-driven decisions and drive the financial growth of the organization. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of luxury interior design.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy to support the company’s growth objectives, including revenue and profitability targets.
2. Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
3. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company’s assets and financial stability.
4. Capital Management: Manage capital allocation, including fundraising, investment analysis, and optimizing the company’s capital structure.
5. Financial Operations: Oversee financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and financial compliance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
6. Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with investors and provide transparent communication regarding financial performance, strategy, and growth prospects.
7. Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and negotiations as needed.
8. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, preferably in a high-growth e-commerce or luxury retail environment.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with multiple jurisdictions and currencies with respect to FX, VAT and transfer pricing issues.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, particularly in the UK.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial success in a competitive market.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Familiarity with the luxury interior design or e-commerce industry is a plus.
