We are seeking a Global Sales & Development intern who would be supporting the Head of Development in putting together sales enablement & marketing tools to allow sales teams globally to achieve their business objectives.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
But not limited to:
SALES ENABLEMENT TOOL DEVELOPMENT:
- Develop sales enablement tools such as designer & seasonal catalogues to support markets in their sales strategy
- Develop cheat sheets for sales teams to have at hand during their client meetings
- Develop sales enablement tools to support sales team to achieve their annual targets
- Develop monthly newsletters for sales team to send to share with clients
- Think outside the box putting together sales challenges to incentivise our sales team
SALES & REPORTING ANALYSIS:
- Support in weekly & monthly global sales reporting
- Update monthly sales KPI global report
- Attend weekly sales meetings and draw up minutes for the wider team
INTERN REQUIREMENTS:
- Ongoing degree in a relevant area such as e-commerce, business, or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and/or French
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury
- Approachable and flexible with a ‘can do attitude to work
- Trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and highly confidential
- Problem-solver and a self-starter, with a track record of taking own initiative
