Sales Administrator– London Marylebone, Full Time Position

(5 days a week Mon-Fri) 10am-7pm

We are seeking a US Sales Administrator who would be responsible to support our US Sales team in inbound and outbound sales requests. We are looking for someone excited to be part of an ever-growing market and with great attention to details. You will act as gatekeeper and assistant to our US Sales Team; screening incoming calls and assisting to offer the best client experience from the quote to delivery of the piece. You will be expected to have a good understanding of the brand and its values to become a great ambassador for The Invisible Collection everywhere you are.

Job Description:

  • Follow all e-mail exchanges between the sales team and their clients, manage follow ups
  • Reach out to designers and their production teams for any customs-related questions and informing the sales team before communicating with the client directly
  • Follow production lead times and keep clients informed on order updates
  • Send client shipping quotes and invoices
  • Assist the Logistics Team to organise shipments when required and reminds clients of any outstanding invoices
  • Work with the Sample Coordinator to send client samples when needed to speed up client decision making
  • Respond to incoming sales enquiries – by phone and email
  • Celebrate with the sales teams upon the completion and delivery of orders!
  • Support Sales team in client meetings, present our collections as well as story tell on our story and values
  • Support sales and partnership / marketing team on partnership collaborations for the US market
  • Assist London Showroom Team to host any American clients when they visit the showroom in London

Requirements & Skills:

You will: 

  • Have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role – in Interior Design, Furniture or Gallery/Art Market;
    (Alternatively, we are happy to train the right person who is keen and has a genuine interest, as we believe and support growth within the company)
  • Be well presented 
  • Have excellent attention to detail 
  • Have exceptional organizational skills 
  • Have initiative, common sense, and tenacity, and be expected to take ownership of projects and to be accountable
  • Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal 
  • Speak perfect English / French speaking candidates would be a bonus
  • Have an interest in design/interior design 
  • Deliver the BEST customer service experience possible!

Salary:

30,000 GBP + Company Benefits (Private Health Care, Gym Membership, etc.)
