We are thrilled to announce our first pop-up in The City of Angels set within the walls of Sotheby’s Los Angeles. Our coveted furniture will be displayed and set in dialogue with a selection of iconic artworks by François-Xavier and Claude Lalanne, arguably the most sought-after husband-and-wife of post-war French art & design.
Their prolific, highly prized body of work – from some whimsical topiaries to the iconic Moutons de Laine (sheep sculptures) – speaks of humor, poetry, and unbridled imagination. What better way to pay tribute to their legacy than showing their sculptures flanked by our fabulous designs?
The selling exhibition that aptly started on Valentine’s Day is open to the public, by appointment only, until 20 March.
Highlights from the pieces on show include the Nomad Armchair by Emmanuelle Simon, the Eight Side Table by Louise Liljencrantz, Arca Console by RDAI and the Dolce Stool by Francesco Balzano.
