Frédéric Imbert Studio for Galerie JAG
Frédéric Imbert’s work is tied to the two cities he loves: Paris, where he runs his studio, and Beirut, where he grew up. Since the opening of his practice in 2010, he develops projects encompassing Interior design, furniture, and collaborations.
Interior architect and designer inspired by nature, Frédéric Imbert’ s work ignites a deep conversation between landscapes and domestic spaces. A vision composed by several layers and urban sedimentations leading to the creation of perfect grounds where the designer nurtures and sculpts organic shapes. Frédéric’s designs feed on continuous contrasts that embrace visual and tactile sensations and that alter the perception of reality. Unexpected materials, shape contrasts, softness and robustness of textures, flat and rough surfaces, curves and imperfections, all controlled by the work of the eye and the hand.
Hand carved designs, including the TRIBU and the I.B. tables
