Louise Liljencrantz delivers a series of museum-worthy designs (literally)

Sweden’s favorite designer has worked her Nordic magic again by creating a series of stunning pieces, available exclusively on The Invisible Collection.

Known for some extraordinary projects, mostly private homes where luxury meets elegance, Louise Liljencrantz has always loved playing with rich textures and natural materials. Favoring modern lines with a minimalist approach, her projects exude a sense of effortless harmony punctuated by cutting-edge details. Among her many great skills, the ability to create subtly luxurious atmospheres by mixing iconic vintage pieces with custom-designs she commissions to the best Swedish craftsmen.

We are delighted to introduce her first stunning collection, Seed 0117, sold exclusively on The Invisible Collection. The series consists of nine sculptural designs, focusing on three materials – mahogany, walnut and oak. Hand sculpted, finished with linseed oil, tinted with raw pigments or upholstered with Nubuk leather, each piece is hand made, produced by renowned K.F.K. Master Cabinet-Makers. The collection bears all the hallmarks that make the Swedish designer’s signature style, including her distinctive hand-turned wood feet.

Seed 0117 was unveiled during a very special occasion in the dramatic setting of CFHILL art space. Founded and run by a group of talented art advisers, CFHILL specializes in showcasing exhibitions and artists, creating a dialogue between the generations. Besides advising art collectors worldwide, and representing emerging talents, the team behind CFHILL curates events and exhibitions. The Seed 0117 collection was displayed among some remarkable artworks for the exhibition Black Voices / Black Microcosm, a group show curated by Destinee Ross highlighting the work of young artists from the African Diaspora. Louise was absolutely thrilled to see her designs “curated among high-quality art and talented people.”

The collection includes an awe-striking table in mahogany, a stunning side table hand-sculpted with carving gouges, a sculptural coffee table carved from a single piece of wood… Discover now the entire Seed 0117 collection by the talented Louise Liljencrantz, available exclusively on The Invisible Collection.
