Pierre Paulin is a French modernist furniture legend who designed the original M101 chandelier in 1964 for the Maison de la Radio in Paris.

The M101 Chandelier designed by Pierre Paulin is not just a light fixture. It reissues a design the French modernist furniture legend created in 1964 for the Maison de la Radio in Paris, and in 2018 Ozone launched this collection of chandeliers to bring Paulin’s mid-century sculptural vision, once reserved for a broadcasting landmark, into private interiors.

Built from an aluminium and steel structure, the chandelier is composed of spheres in a white satin finish, arranged in Paulin’s original constellation-like pattern so the light reads as a cluster of soft, glowing orbs rather than a single fixture. The satin surface diffuses the light evenly, keeping the sculptural silhouette as striking unlit as it is illuminated.
