The Collins Armchair by Studio Biehler-Graveleine stems from a collaboration with one of Chanel’s Maison d’Art, Lesage Intérieurs, and is available in a numbered edition. Handcrafted at the Ateliers Jouffre in France and dressed in a hand-embroidered fabric featuring the “Chapiteau” motif from the “Folklore” collection by Biehler-Graveleine, the armchair evokes the elegance of private clubs, the warm intimacy, and the subdued atmosphere of a confidential place. It extends an invitation to a private moment, conducive to escape or discreet conversation. Paying homage to French craftsmanship, the Collins armchair is both classic and contemporary, epitomizing a timeless silhouette.
Both graduates in architecture and interior design from revered French schools, Amaury Graveleine and Marc-Antoine Biehler gained industry accolades by winning two prestigious prizes at the international Design Parade Toulon festival, including the Chanel Visual Merchandising Prize for window display.
