This sculptural artwork designed by Jeff Zimmerman carried all the enticing grace and gravitas of a true masterpiece. And we wouldn’t expect any less from the American artist. A celebrated master glass artist, Jeff Zimmerman has marked the world of design with outstanding works. Drawing inspiration from his upbringing at the Anderson Ranch Arts Center and his training in classical Venetian glass blowing techniques, Jeff has collaborated with esteemed artists such as Robert Wilson and Gaetano Pesce. Zimmerman‘s signature organic shapes reflect the mutability of our world; his mysterious yet familiar sculptures captivate us with their transformative beauty.
At Invisible Collection, we are not the only ones to appreciate Zimmerman’s designs: joining an already long list of admirers are now Chrissy Teigen and John Legend. For their spectacular California home, decorated in collaboration with Jake Arnold, the superstar couple fitted the dining room with a custom Vine Pendant. Like a vine tree, the intricate brass structure is dotted with hand-blown glass globes made of a combination of glass, soda glass and iridised glass. Each piece is unique due to its handmade nature; thus, shapes and shades can vary slightly, lending the illuminated sculpture its poetic, enticing quality.
