With the joyful spirit of the Olympic Games still lingering in the City of Lights, we’re already set to welcome another kind of international gathering, where the most beautiful designs strike gold… and everybody wins! Paris Design Week is just a couple of days away, with industry luminaries and design aficionados flocking to the French capital to enjoy the latest in interior decoration. Invisible Collection is once again at the center of the festivities, with a host of events and exhibitions specially tailored for the occasion. Here is a sneak preview of what’s to come: Making Memories at Féau Boiseries. Set in the magical salons of Féau Boiseries, filled with decorative treasures reminiscent of France’s splendid cultural past, we present Making Memories, an original exhibition featuring iconic vintage and contemporary designs. Wandering through the maze-like space is an invitation to discover the new French aesthetic curated by Invisible Collection. Please note that viewing is by invitation only, so make sure to book your visit.
Meanwhile, on the other bank of the Seine, our gallery on Rive Gauche will host the exhibition Making Out by Marion Stora. After the successful launch of her first collection, we are delighted to present the next chapter of our exclusive collaboration with the ultra-talented French designer. The new furniture pieces include a spectacular bed featuring a headboard hand-embroidered at the atelier of Lesage Intérieurs, a specialty creator housed at Chanel’s le19M. Crafted by the finest artisans, cabinet makers, and artists, these new pieces will be available exclusively on Invisible Collection. The exhibition runs until the end of September—we hope to see you there.
Working closely with Les Maisons d’Art pour la Mode et la Décoration, the specialty creators housed at le19M, Chanel’s hub of savoir-faire in Paris, both exhibitions will feature selected bespoke creations: from delicate embroideries by Lesage Intérieurs to gilded objects by Goossens and architectural embroideries by Studio MTX. The unparalleled crafts of couture are making a grand entrance into interior decoration. Art collectors will be delighted to discover, alongside our collectible designs, a curated selection of artworks specially handpicked by Docent, the first AI-powered art recommendation app. The contemporary works on show epitomize Invisible Collection’s vision of the essential interaction between art and design in an aesthetic dialogue.
Paris Design Week kicks off on September 4th. Don’t miss your invite to experience our designs in person.
