The Cloud Table by Louise Liljencrantz and KFK Cabinet-Makers, is a striking piece in walnut or solid oak, hand-made by skilled artisans. Its organic shape with no apparent base, as though hovering in the room, evokes the gravitational pull towards the earth. Large pieces of wood have been carefully selected to convey strength. The end grain wood on the legs is naturally darker than the upper part for dramatic contrast, whilst the top features a silk matte finish softening the overall feel.
Veermakers was founded in 2017 by Louise Liljencrantz, one of Sweden’s most sought-after interior and furniture designers, in collaboration with KFK Cabinet Makers. The partnership grew out of years of successful joint projects and a shared passion for timeless design, honest materials, and exceptional craftsmanship. All pieces in the Veermakers collection are designed by Liljencrantz and reflect her dedication to enduring quality and sustainable production. Her Stockholm-based studio, Liljencrantz Design, was established in 2009 and has received international acclaim for its bespoke, luxurious interiors for both private and commercial clients.
