Great painters, photographers, and sculptors have explored love in all its forms, striving to capture the eternal bond of a kiss. With the same artistic approach, the embroiderers at Lesage Intérieurs have created a unique work for Marion Stora. Le Baiser comprises a bespoke bed and headboard made with the complementary skills of France’s finest craftspeople. The choice of materials, textures, and the fluidity of the curves are inspired by elements of nature. The oak structure integrates brushed brass side tables, whilst the headboard is embellished with a central panel featuring the embroidered motif of two people kissing, flanked by two suede side panels. The bedding is tailor-made by Le Lit National to follow the curves of the bed. Each piece is unique due to its handmade nature; shapes and shades may vary slightly.
Marion Stora has loved sailing ever since she was a small child. Her other passion is art. She began studying architecture but quickly realized that interior architecture captivated her most. Defined by rigor and precision, yet warm, colorful, and lively in atmosphere, Marion’s distinctive style is immediately recognizable. Her taste for natural materials – hand-woven fabrics, raw hides, and wood – and her soft, harmonious lines channel a kindred affinity with Modernism.
