Bolt is maybe the most iconic stool of the collection. Its unique silhouette is highly recognisable with its four black ash legs elegantly held by a contrasting bronze ring. Bolt is a paradox: brutal and very refined at the same time. Bolt was originally part of the ‘Marginal notes’ exhibition held by Note design studio collective as a creative stunt in 2010. The concept of the exhibition was to produce in real life the doodles and ‘marginal notes’ that the members of the creative collective had in their notebooks, however crazy they might be. A year later, the stool would win the prestigious Wallpaper design award. Bolt works in any type of environment and is able to complement and enrich both classic or conceptual spaces.
