The Jelly collection by Emmanuel Levet Stenne is all about materials. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Doric columns, the collection features a striking faceted base crafted from Bohemian glass, creating a mesmerizing interplay of transparency and opacity, lightness and heft when paired with the trays made of alabaster, white Carrara marble, or black Marquina. The resulting coffee tables and side tables are like little pagan altars, captivating both the eye and the hand.Â
After perfecting his design skills at the ENSCI/Les Ateliers School, Emmanuel Levet joined designer Eric Schmitt’s famed studio and workshop. Emmanuel Levet Stenne debuted at the Carole Decombe Gallery in 2014 with his first collection in collaboration with the ceramist Isabelle Sicart. Since then, he has presented more solo collections of furniture and lighting. Â
