Fleur Delesalle spent six formative years inside India Mahdavi’s studio, absorbing a taste for bold colour and unapologetic form, before launching her own studio with a language that is minimalist without ever being cold, defined by gentle curves and a cheerful palette. True to her name, which means flower in French, nearly every piece she designs is named after one – Peony, Marigold, Daylily, Hollyhock, Poppy – as if her furniture were a garden rendered in wood, marble and lacquer.

Rounded like a bench and captivating from every angle, the Marigold Two Arms Sofa is upholstered here in Kvadrat Tonus 4 fabric, though it is equally available in a client’s own material. Its two opposing armrests turn the piece into a natural room divider, creating a face-to-face seating arrangement that invites conversation rather than a single forward-facing view.
