Francesco Balzano brings a builder’s discipline to every object he designs. Raised between Venice, Rome and Florence, he channels the drama of Italian classical architecture through a distinctly French sense of restraint, a duality that has earned him a place among AD France’s 100 Best Designers and that now defines the sculptural, limited-edition furniture produced under his own label, SATTIO Studio.

Carved from white onyx rather than the collection’s marble, this Tempio console lets daylight glow softly through its stone body, a quality Balzano exploits to give the piece a quiet luminosity even as its brutalist form recalls Casa Malaparte’s stark geometry. One of twelve signed and numbered pieces, also available in Grand Antique marble.

The images showcased are high-quality 3D renderings designed to closely represent the piece, though they may not capture every detail with complete precision.
Each piece is unique due to its handmade nature and the marble's distinctive veining. The veins and shades may vary slightly.
