Bismut & Bismut is the Paris-based design dynasty of architect-designer brothers Daniel and Michel Bismut, celebrated for a reductive, light-focused aesthetic built on stucco, glass and wood.
The Wizz Side Table, designed by Bismut & Bismut, is not just a side table. Its tabletop, shown here in stained polished stainless steel and also available in a natural polished or lacquered finish, rests on legs of natural polished stainless steel, a study in the Paris brothers’ precise, jewel-like sense of proportion.
Pictured in a one-of-a-kind Parisian apartment lined with the exquisite wood paneling commissioned by Emilio Terry, the Wizz table holds its own against a storied interior, its polished surfaces catching the room’s light and multiplying it. Bespoke dimensions are available upon request, allowing the table to adapt its quiet presence to almost any setting.
Brothers, architects and designers, the duo have always followed their taste for clean lines, which emphasises light and perspective. From visual identities to interior design and furniture design, they have a cross-disciplinary approach. Their signature materials – Stucco, glass, wood – give a jewel box quality to everything they touch.
