The Dakar Sofa embodies the world of Sarah Chirazi, an interior architect and curator known for weaving unexpected dialogues between 1940s French classicism and Senegalese craftsmanship, with an eclectic eye that lingers on every detail, from a door handle to the curve of a sofa leg.
The Dakar sofa extends the same conversational logic as its daybed sibling across a longer seat, its low proportions and low armrests built to close the physical distance between the people sitting on it. Carved black-stained oak legs anchor the piece, upholstered in bespoke fabric, animating what could be an ordinary sofa into something that actively shapes how a room is used.
