Each maison and designer featured on The Invisible Collection is chosen for a distinct point of view, translated into pieces made almost entirely by hand, in limited numbers, for those who collect stories as much as objects.

The Tabowl table channels the plaster mastery of Stephen Antonson, the Brooklyn-based American artist whom Architectural Digest crowned the “master of plaster” and positioned as heir to Jean-Michel Frank, Serge Roché and Giacometti. Built on a wood base finished entirely in plaster and, as pictured, topped with a hand-sculpted plaster bowl, though also available without it or entirely in bronze, the table was featured in a Hamilton Design Associates project, its every surface bearing the trace of Antonson’s single-material, single-artisan philosophy.
