A Home in the Sky

Stories Destinations A Home in the Sky

The Penthouse of our dreams has become a reality: Peek inside the most stunning property above Central Park, featuring Invisible Collection’s iconic designs.

We are delighted to unveil the Banda Penthouse featuring Invisible Collection’s designs. Located at 111 West 57th Street and spanning 6,512 sq ft, the duplex penthouse sits on some of the most coveted real estate in New York City and is listed for just under $55 million. Designed by Banda Property, the London-based design and development studio founded by Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, this stunning abode above the clouds is a feat of subdued opulence and modern chic.

Working hand in hand with Banda and our star designers, we have crafted bespoke pieces that are a testament to the heights one can reach when you put together the best. The breathtaking view over Central Park served as our inspiration, with the city’s fast-paced, loud mood providing the backdrop for a setting that whispers sophistication and softly announces a new era of low-key luxury.

The interiors reflect a delicate, yet dynamic juxtaposition of subtlety and statement, of city and nature, of ultra-contemporary and touches of vintage. The carefully curated furniture pieces and custom rugs from our star designers are seamlessly paired to conjure an atmosphere of subtle grandeur. Specially made by the best artisans, these elegant designs serve as counterpoints to the sleek glass & steel structure, each finding its rightful place in the expansive interiors, channeling one aesthetic idea of French chic.

Take the tour of the most beautiful home in the sky! Discover more about all the iconic furniture pieces, rugs and objects gracing this abode above the clouds in our Penthouse Edit.

Conversation Starters – The grand Luco Dining Table in dark walnut surrounded by the Mast Teak Chairs elevate the dining room further warmed by the Vitesse rug.
Subdued Opulence – Fine lacquer and gouged wood adorn the Craft Coffee Table; exquisitely hand embroidered cushions dot the curvaceous 280 Sofa. Opposite, a pair of Ebisu Armchairs dressed in plush velvet, anchored by the Ceramic Rug in silk and wool.
Corner Office – the sculptural three-legged 3-Legs Ki Desk in natural wood and the Peanut Armchair create a raw yet sophisticated counterpoint against the glass & steel backdrop.
A room with a view - In the ‘Great Room’ the sinuous lines of the Saint-Honoré Sofas and the Paysage Rug embrace the one-of-a-kind Cuprite d’eau Table, creating an ethereal sanctuary above the clouds.
Dreams are made of this – A statement Alta Chair adds a touch of brasilidade in the master bedroom. The monochromatic palette of whites is enlivened by the spectacular Nazar Rug.
Soul Kitchen - Exuding a sense of belonging, the dining area in the kitchen features the stunning Swan table in breccia marble and the lovely Giraffe Chairs dressed in textured bouclé fabric.
