Eileen Gray designed both pieces for her modernist landmark, Villa E-1027, on the French Riviera — rediscovered and championed in the late 1970s by Andrée Putman, who founded Ecart International to bring her overlooked genius back into production.
Also designed for Villa E-1027, the Satellite mirror is built in nickel-plated brass, its convex sanded glass originally designed to house two light bulbs.
