Chop is a handmade cabinet blending sharp lines, oversized curves and subtle Japanese influences. It has a solid wood base for stability, topped with thick veneers in mahogany, oak or walnut and hardware in solid blackened steel. The cabinet’s interior is sycamore maple with adjustable shelves that can be enhanced with added drawers for more storage options. Chop is capped with black or cognac leather with edge-stitched detailing.
Veermakers was founded in 2017 by Louise Liljencrantz, one of Sweden’s most sought-after interior and furniture designers, in collaboration with KFK Cabinet Makers. The partnership grew out of years of successful joint projects and a shared passion for timeless design, honest materials, and exceptional craftsmanship.  All pieces in the Veermakers collection are designed by Liljencrantz and reflect her dedication to enduring quality and sustainable production. Her Stockholm-based studio, Liljencrantz Design, was established in 2009 and has received international acclaim for its bespoke, luxurious interiors for both private and commercial clients.Â
