Born on the shores of the Aegean Sea, Kommos is a collection inspired by the raw light, natural lines, and mineral silence of a forgotten Greek beach. Where warm sand meets ancient ruins, and the sea draws simple, eternal patterns, each rug becomes an echo of this subtle beauty. The omnipresent light sculpts the materials. In this series, colours are intentionally reduced to the essentials: stone beiges, saline greys, sandy browns, sometimes a trace of shadow or pale sunlight. The pattern fades away, the gesture remains. The material speaks quietly, softly. This new collection is made using only the finest natural materials: combed New Zealand wool, natural silk, linen, felted wool, and bamboo.
