Ozone is the Paris workshop of Étienne Gounot and Éric Jähnke, two industrial engineers who bring the discipline of Bauhaus rigor and the quiet restraint of Japanese minimalism to every joint and profile of their lighting.
The Untitled A Wall Lamp belongs to the same unnamed series as its H190 sibling, but compresses the gesture into a shorter, more compact form suited to rooms where a full architectural column would overwhelm. Gounot and Jähnke keep the aluminium structure and the choice of bronze or gun metal finish, preserving the family’s material language at a more intimate scale.
Positioned beside a doorway or above a low console, the fixture behaves like a punctuation mark rather than a statement, its restrained geometry allowing the surrounding architecture to remain the protagonist. The absence of a descriptive name is deliberate: the designers prefer the object to be read on sight, not explained.
