Fleur Delesalle spent six formative years inside India Mahdavi’s studio, absorbing a taste for bold colour and unapologetic form, before launching her own studio with a language that is minimalist without ever being cold, defined by gentle curves and a cheerful palette. True to her name, which means flower in French, nearly every piece she designs is named after one – Peony, Marigold, Daylily, Hollyhock, Poppy – as if her furniture were a garden rendered in wood, marble and lacquer.

Cast entirely in glossy lacquered wood in any RAL or NCS colour, the Daylily Table is a sculptural, minimalist design whose rounded profiles are built specifically to catch and bounce light around a room. Fleur Delesalle keeps the silhouette deliberately simple so the glossy finish, rather than an elaborate shape, becomes the piece’s real subject.
