Inspired by a “fauteuil à la reine” crafted by Henri Jacob (received master in 1779), the Jacob armchair by Léo Sentou reinterprets the quintessential square back of late 18th-century furniture in a fresh, contemporary way. Fully upholstered, it rests on sculptural feet that play with the interplay between straight and curved lines.
Trained at the ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres School in Paris before moving to London to take a master’s degree at Central Saint Martins, Leo Sentou works on high end residential and hospitality projects honing his skills and sense for detail, whilst growing a strong passion for beautiful finishes. In 2021, Leo launched his first furniture line that encapsulates his love for noble materials and exceptional craftmanship.
