The Art chair, designed by Charlotte Juillard, is intended for shining a light on a little-known material created with recycled plastics from packing supplies and food packaging.
The thick seat is an invitation to sit down and feel embraced by its astonishing shell. Some may see it as a work of art; some love its discreet, elegant style. Yet, nobody can fail to notice this astonishing design and its uncommon material. Art is a (small) comfortable armchair.
It consists of a bent recycled plastic shell, set on a steel structure. It is upholstered in recycled polyester fabric. The foam is 33% recycled.
