Otto 97.5 Fruit Bowl

Named Otto after its rounded, drum-like profile, the fruit bowl belongs to a wider tableware family — cheese platter, long tray, candle holder — all cut from the same reworked ceramic base. Jean-Marc Gady, whose studio has spent two decades shaping objects for Baccarat, Diptyque and Louis Vuitton, brings that same instinct for material experimentation to a less expected substrate: ceramic reclaimed and reformed into something with its own grain and colour variation, no two pieces quite identical. The result sits somewhere between industrial rigour and studio craft, its thick, softly rounded rim giving it real presence on a table without tipping into ornament. It works equally well holding fruit at the centre of a kitchen island or standing alone on a console, a quietly considered object for anyone drawn to design with a conscience behind it.
