Black has deep roots in T’nalak. Alongside the natural ecru of abaca and a deep red, it is one of the cloth’s traditional colours, drawn from plant dyes prepared by the T’boli weavers of Lake Sebu. Here it covers the whole surface, and a grid gives the cushion a graphic, tailored presence. Made for Kubo Curated in the Philippines, it grounds a pale sofa or adds weight to a bed dressed in natural linens.
