Lomi Weave Cushion Cover

Add to Wishlist

Named after lomi, the thick egg noodles of Batangas, this cover is woven from T’nalak by the T’boli women of Lake Sebu in Mindanao. Abaca, the fibre at its source, is among the strongest natural fibres in the world. It was long prized for ships’ rope under the name Manila hemp, and it gives the cloth a crisp hand and a natural lustre. Finished in light sand, the cover brings structure to softer upholstery and sits easily alongside Kubo Curated’s other weaves.
