The base, characterized by opposing dynamic arcs finished in crackled lacquer, provides sturdy support for a brushed oak fern-frieze plateau. Time-honoured techniques that trace their origins back to ancient China, spanning over 3000 years, are seamlessly intertwined with a contemporary essence, brought to life through boundless imagination and unwavering dedication. This harmonious amalgamation of styles gives rise to a subtlety defined by natural curves, while the lacquer crackling, reminiscent of patterns found in nature, creates an aesthetic of apparent fragility that belies its actual robustness.
