Lesage Intérieurs is the interiors offshoot of the storied Lesage embroidery house, founded in Paris in 1858 and celebrated as the couture atelier behind Chanel’s Métiers d’Art collections. The maison carries its needle beyond fashion into the home, treating embroidery not as decoration applied after the fact but as an architecture of thread built into the very structure of an object.

The Ocean Cushion by Lesage Intérieurs mixes blue and beige cotton and wool thread in a joyful, uninterrupted movement, echoing the meeting of water and air. Long stitch, hook work and twisted stitch are layered by hand, giving the surface the same restless, shifting energy as the sea it depicts.
